Indara Advances Growth Strategy with New Executive Appointments

Indara, a leading owner and operator of digital infrastructure today announced a leadership restructure to support its business strategy and long-term success. 

 

As part of this evolution, Indara will strengthen its Technology, Customer Focus and Growth domain through the introduction of a new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Milinda Wijesuriya has been appointed to this newly created role, where he will continue to guide Indara through rapid technology change while ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic priorities. Since joining Indara in 2022, Milinda has served as Director of Sales, where he played a key role in sustaining and growing revenue. Milinda brings extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and solutions, including previous roles held within NBN Co, Ericsson and Nokia.

 

Indara will also consolidate Operations, Delivery and Transformation under a new Chief Operating Officer (COO) role to enhance alignment, efficiency, and execution across its operational functions. Michael Ferguson, who has previously served as Indara’s CFO and interim CEO, has been appointed COO effective immediately.

 

In addition, Aleksandar Zlatkovic has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Aleksandar previously held the position in an interim capacity from late 2024 to early 2026.
