Shraddha Bhuyan

Shraddha Bhuyan is a senior communications leader with more than 15 years’ experience shaping strategic narratives, guiding executive stakeholders, and leading high impact engagement across complex, regulated and infrastructure tech environments. She is recognised for her ability to translate technical and regulatory complexity into clear, compelling narratives that support organisational performance, executive decision making and workforce alignment.

Shraddha has held senior roles across global enterprise technology and telecommunications organisations, most recently serving as Head of Communications for Ericsson ANZ, where she advised the CEO and executive team on end to end communications strategy, guiding the organisation through major industry initiatives, network transformations and periods of significant organisational change.

Based in Sydney, Shraddha holds a Masters in Communication Management from University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) and brings a values led and outcomes driven perspective to every organisation she supports.
